Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Afton Crystal Co. No Returns Accepted Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than shipping damage.

Refunds for Damaged Items We take great care in packaging our crystals, but we understand that accidents can happen during transit. If your item arrives broken or damaged, we are happy to provide a refund.

To be eligible for a refund:

  1. Contact us at aftoncrystalco@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your package.

  2. Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging it arrived in.

Once we verify the damage, we will process your refund. The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
